1. Mērķis un uzdevumi
- Popularizēt riteņbraukšanu bērnu vidū
- Piesaistīt bērnus kalnu riteņbraukšanai
- Sekmēt un veicināt bērnu brīvā laika sportisku pavadīšanu
- Veicināt bērnu izpratni par pozitīvu sportisko garu
- Popularizēt bērnu aktīvu brīvdienu pavadīšanu ģimenes un draugu lokā, aktīvo atpūtu dabā un dažādu Latvijas reģionu iepazīšanu

Bērnu brauciena starta laikiem lūdzam sekot aktuālajai informācijai www.vivusmtb.lv un pasākumu norises vietās.
Distance izveidota starta/finiša rajona tuvumā. Distances garums no 200m līdz 3km.
3. Grupas un distance
Bērnu brauciens domāts bērniem vecumā no 3 - 9 gadiem. Distances garums tiek noteikts katrā pasākuma norises vietā.

4. Dalībnieku ievērībai
Visiem Bērnu velobrauciena dalībniekiem dalība ir bez maksas.
Visi Bērnu velobrauciena dalībnieki tiek apbalvoti ar sponsoru balvām un diplomiem.
Uzvarētāji šajā braucienā netiek izcelti un atsevišķi apbalvoti.
Bērnu velobrauciena dalībniekiem aizsargķiveres obligātas.
Aicinām vecākus bērniem izskaidrot sacensību norisi un drošas braukšanas ABC.
5. Reģistrācija
Bērnu brauciena dalībniekus iespējams reģistrēt mājas lapā lapā www.vivusmtb.lv, kā arī sacensību vietā (par reģistrācijas laikiem, lūdzam sekot mūsu mājas lapā www.vivusmtb.lv)
6. Personas datu aizsardzība
Biedrība "Latvijas Kalnu riteņbraukšanas attīstības centrs" un “Latvijas riteņbraukšanas federācija” kā sacensību organizatori ciena sacensību dalībnieku privātumu.
Datu pārzinis ir biedrība "Latvijas Kalnu riteņbraukšanas attīstības centrs", adrese: “Braši”, Apes pagasts, Smiltenes novads, LV-4337.
Piesakoties sacensībām, dalībnieks piekrīt savas personas datu apstrādei sacensību organizēšanas vajadzībām. Sacensību rezultātu objektīvai nodrošināšanai ir nepieciešams norādīt dalībnieka vārdu, uzvārdu, dzimumu, dzimšanas datus un izvēlēto distanci. Citi dati iesniedzami brīvas izvēles kārtībā.
Publiski redzamajā starta sarakstā un rezultātos ir redzams dalībnieka vārds, uzvārds, dzimšanas gads, dalībnieka grupa, starta numurs, komanda un velosipēda marka. Ja dalībnieks nevēlas tikt uzrādīts publiski redzamajos sarakstos, viņam par to jāinformē
sacensību organizators uz e-pastu info@mtb-maratons.lv. Šajā gadījumā publiski redzamajos sarakstos dalībnieks tiks norādīts kā “Anonīms”. Anonīms dalībnieks nevar pretendēt un atsakās no jebkādām balvām, kas tiek pasniegtas sacensību dalībniekiem.
Jebkurā brīdī sacensību dalībniekam ir iespēja pieprasīt dzēst vai veikt labojumus savas personas datos.
Sacensību dalībnieki, piesakoties sacensībām, piekrīt sacensību laikā uzņemto foto un videomateriālu izmantošanai sacensību organizatora vajadzībām, tai skaitā, bet ne tikai publicēšanai mājaslapā www.vivusmtb.lv, Latvijas medijos un sociālajos portālos.
Ja dalībnieks, piesakoties sacensībām, norāda savu e-pastu, tas tiek iekļauts dalībnieku datu bāzē ar nolūku informēt dalībnieku par jaunumiem vai izmaiņām sacensību informācijā, kā arī citās norisēs. No jaunumu saņemšanas jebkurā brīdī dalībniekam ir iespēja atrakstīties, rakstot uz e-pastu info@mtb-maratons.lv.

Organizatori ir tiesīgi mainīt velobrauciena nolikumu bez iepriekšēja brīdinājuma, bet ne vēlāk kā vienu nedēļu pirms pirmā sacensību posma. Dalībnieku vecāki ir atbildīgi par iepazīšanos ar aktuālo nolikumu pirms katra sacensību posma.
“CIDO KIDS” DISTANCE REGULATION

- To raise children's awareness of positive sportsmanship
- To promote children's active holidays with family and friends, active recreation in nature and exploring different regions of Latvia

For the start times of the children's race, please follow the latest information at www.vivusmtb.lv and at the event venue.
The course is set up near the start/finish area. Distance length from 200m to 3km.
3. Groups and distance
The children's race is for children aged 3 - 9 years. The length of the course is determined at each venue.

4. For the attention of the Participants
Participation is free for all participants of the “CIDO KIDS” distance.
All participants of the childrens race are awarded with sponsors' prizes and diplomas. Winners are not singled out and awarded separately.
Helmets are compulsory for participants.
Parents are welcome to explain the race and the “ABCs” of safe riding to their children.

Participants can register for the children's race on our website www.vivusmtb.lv, as well as at the venue (for registration times, please check our website www.vivusmtb.lv
6. Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy of the organisation can be found on the website www.vivumtb.lv.
The data controller is the association "Latvijas Kalnu riteņbraukšanas attīstības centrs”, address “Braši”, Apes parish, Smiltenes district, LV-4337.
By registering for the race, the participant agrees to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of the race organisation. For the purpose of objective results of the race it is necessary to specify the name, surname, sex, birth data and chosen distance of the participant. Other data are to be submitted freely.
The publicly visible start list and results shall show the participant's name, year of birth, participant group, start number, team and bike make. If a competitor does not wish to appear on the public lists, he/she must inform the race organiser by e-mail info@mtb-maratons.lv. In this case, the participant will be listed as "Anonymous" in the public lists. An anonymous entrant is ineligible for and forfeits any prizes awarded to entrants. At any time, a competitor may request the deletion or correction of his/her personal data.
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of photos and videos taken during the competition for the purposes of the organiser, including but not limited to publication on the website www.vivusmtb.lv, Latvian media and social portals.
If the participant provides his/her e-mail address when registering for the competition, it will be included in the participant database for the purpose of informing the participant about news or changes in the competition information and other developments. The participant may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending an email to info@mtb-maratons.lv.
To ensure the visibility of the participants and to monitor compliance with the competition rules, the participant's name will be indicated on the participant number.
By entering the competition, the participant agrees to the conditions for the protection of personal data set out in these Regulations.

The organisers are entitled to change the competition regulations without prior notice, but not later than one week before the first stage of the competition. It is the responsibility of the competitors to familiarise themselves with the current regulations before each event.
